Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, we want you to love your brew. If there is an issue with your order, please follow the steps below.

Return Process

    Email us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue.

    Review Process

    Our quality control team will review your request and may ask for photos of the packaging or product.

    Resolution Selection

    If approved, we will offer a replacement shipment of the same roast or a store credit for the full amount.

  • 4.
    Equipment Returns

    For non-perishable brewing equipment, items must be returned in original, unused packaging within 30 days.
